  • Online Reputation Management: We updated the hygiene of Dharana’s existing social media profiles with the new messaging, logo, images, and details. We submitted location edit requests to Google Maps to revise the property nourishment & healing spaces to reflect the new terminologies.
  • Content Creation: We developed a dynamic content calendar to have a grand announcement of the new brand messaging spanning over a period of a few days to keep the audience intrigued. This included teaser grids, revelations, new brand persona (images, fonts, colours). We continued the launch month to talk about the evolved luxury wellbeing approach (approach to nourishment, five pathways) of the brand. We leveraged upon major industry conversational observations (Global Wellness Day & International Yoga Day) during the month to amplify the launch messaging tying it with the vision and mission of the brand.  
  • Community Management: We created response templates based on the new brand tonality and actively responded to queries, comments and DMs on Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn.

Impact:

  • Website Traffic: The launch month drove the highest traffic compared to past months, on the newly designed website.
  • Organic Social Media Growth: The transition phase organically lured in our past customer base from social media audiences to learn more with newer queries and collaboration opportunities.
